Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;
● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done via email at: support@avelston.com.
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:
● received the returned goods, or
● you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than 30 days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
● for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
● for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
● for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and the actual value of which depends on market fluctuations;
● for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
● for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
● for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
● for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
